For foreigners interested in applying for a loan to buy real estate, there are documents to prepare as follows:
🚩Document type 1 : Loan applicant identification documents include:
Passport (Passport)
Entry Authorisation (Visa)
Work Permit in Thailand (Work Permit)
Marriage certificate with Thai people (if any).
🚩Type 2 documents: Financial capacity documents include:
Salary certificate Payroll slip (Payment Slip)
Bank passbook to list past statements.
Annual income tax return
Withholding tax certificate
🚩Type 3 document : Securities details document is a document showing details about real estate that you want to apply for a loan, consisting of
Certificate of ownership of the condominium unit (A.D. G.2)
